Recommend it for families seeking a cozy stay

I stayed here for two nights with family and the staff were terrific! They even arranged a private dinner on the rooftop which was exactly what we needed after a busy day.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but still acceptable for the quality we received.

Good breakfast buffet and courteous staff, but parking access is limited.

The location was the best aspect, right near

all the major tourist spots, making it easy to explore the city. While the staff was helpful, I wish the food menu included more local specialties. Overall, the cleanliness was satisfactory, but I encountered some delays with hot water.

This stay was all for exploring the beautiful religious sites nearby. The location was simply perfect, with access to the Ganges river and the vibrant bazaar just steps away. One highlight was staying close to the Gyanvapi Mosque, which made sightseeing really easy. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was impressive. it felt very welcoming after each day of adventure.

I had a delightful stay at Ganges Grand with its fantastic location just 500 meters from the Kashi Vishwanath Temple and Dashashwamedh Ghat. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, and the food at the restaurant was delicious, providing a splendid dining experience.

Convenient location, close proximity to tourist spots, cleanliness of rooms

Two out of four rooms had no windows!!! WiFi nonexistent despite claims, hot water only available on request makes for an inconvenient showering experience!!! No direct taxi access, leading to unnecessary hassle!!!

The location was ideal for exploring the nearby temples and ghats. Housekeeping was efficient, and the staff were very pleasant to interact with during our stay.

The WiFi connection was not reliable at all.

Breakfast was satisfying, and the proximity to major sites made it easy to explore. Helpful staff assisted with transportation and local eats, making the experience even better. However, the noise level at night was disruptive, impacting sleep quality, and the WiFi connection was unreliable at times.

The Executive Double Room was spacious and clean, which was nice after a long day exploring. The location is really convenient, just a short walk to the Kashi Vishwanath temple and Dashashwamedh ghat. Breakfast was tasty, and being able to eat at the Dawat restaurant was a plus. The only downside was the WiFi could be a bit spotty at times.

the ganges grand was a well-located hotel, just a short stroll to the temple and many shops. the staff were friendly and attentive, with room service being quite efficient. the dining options were diverse, and breakfasts were absolutely scrumptious! !

water temperature inconsistencies (sometimes challenging).

i stayed for 3 nights with my family at ganges grand, and it was absolutely wonderful. the location near kashi vishwanath temple and dashashwamedh ghat was perfect for our short break, and the view from our room was fantastic. plus, the food was delicious and the staff were super friendly.

wifi was spotty during my stay.

For a transient visit in Varanasi, this place was a great fit with value for money. The food at the restaurant was delicious and came out quickly, which was a nice surprise after a long day. Just be prepared to walk a bit since no vehicles can drop you directly at the hotel.
